ISO14001
One of Corus's main environmental targets is to achieve 95% certification to ISO14001 for all its European manufacturing operations.
The company has made substantial progress towards this target and expects to meet it in the very near future.
The Company undertakes audits of all its major suppliers and contractors using an internet supplier assessment system. Suppliers who do not meet ISO14001 or equivalent standards are encouraged to make every effort to do so, and Corus undertakes its own audits of these suppliers to help them progress towards the appropriate standards.
